1. Airport Support Guide on Sept. 4 by Airserve Co., Ltd.
On Sept. 4, staff of “Airserve Co., Ltd.” is waiting for you with a signboard “FALIA” and
your name at the arrival lobby of Narita or Haneda Airport. They will help you to go to the JR
or Keikyu airport station and buy a train ticket. They will also assist you to exchange money
at the airport if you need.
Please make sure to find “FALIA” signboard and follow their instructions to come to the
Higashi-Totsuka station without any trouble.
Just in case that you cannot find the “FALIA” signboard, ask a staff at the“INFORMATION”
counter to contact the staff of Airserve Co.
Please refer to the following map of Meeting Point with a staff of “Airserve Co., Ltd.”.
2. Exchange of Currency
We ask you to prepare Japanese Yen before your departure. However, if it is not possible, you are requested once again to exchange currency at the airport after your arrival because there is no available bank/currency shop near your accommodation.

4. Meeting Point with FALIA staff at Higashi-Totsuka station
FALIA staff will meet you at the EXIT floor (near the ticket gate) of JR (Japan Railways) Higashi-Totsuka Station and take you to the accommodation.

Your accommodation is available from the check-in date of Sept. 4 through the check-out date of Sept. 13. Please be noted that the place is not a hotel and is only available for the seminar participants. No accompanying person is allowed to stay.
If you cannot arrive during the above check-in hours due to the flight availability, please contact us beforehand.
In case you wish to extend your stay in Japan, please arrange other accommodations on your own for those extra stays before your arrival.
Breakfast and lunch are served at cafeteria of accommodation. (included in accommodation fee)
*Please note that lunch is not served on Sunday and check-out day.

Notice on Accidental Insurance to be purchased by FALIA
We recommend all of you to buy an overseas travel insurance policy for your own protection before departure for Japan.
In addition to the above, we would inform you that we, FALIA, purchase an accidental insurance by our expenses.
The insured persons are all of the participants and death benefit of JPY 2 million shall be paid to your legal heir in case of your accidental death during the seminar period.
Outpatient benefit of JPY 2,000 per day and inpatient benefit of JPY 5,000 per day will be paid to the insured person.
If you have any objections regarding our above accidental insurance, we would ask you to inform us by August 15. If we do not receive any objections by August 15, the above accidental insurance shall be deemed to be agreed by you.
During the seminar, you will have several opportunities to exchange name cards with FALIA staff, lecturers and other participants, etc.
Please prepare your name cards enough to be given to them in Japan.
There are four seasons in Japan, namely Spring (Mar. – May), Summer (June – Aug.), Autumn (Sep. – Nov.) and Winter (Dec. – Feb.).
The daytime temperature in Sept. ranges from 25C up to 28C.
During the seminar period, we will expect to have a few rainy days and humidity percentage seems to be still high.
When you go to Hakone area on Sept. 8, please adjust the clothes with a thin jacket or other kinds of tops because the temperature will fall below the one in Yokohama.
Business attire is suitable for the 1st (Sept. 5) day and the last (Sept. 12) day of the seminar. Smart casual is O. K. for the other days.
