My memories of FALIA

The event was a simple but meaningful remembering of FALIA's 50 years

We have sent many colleagues to FALIA workshops and they have always spoken well,
not just what they have learned and the hospitality of their hosts,
but also the interaction with fellow participants.

My memories of FALIA

Today's event has been very well organized. The insights shared by panelist
during the discussions were excellent has provided attendees with updates
on how the other insurance industries are coping with the pandemic.

My memories with FALIA were a happy one. Aside from travelling all the way to
Japan, I got to mingle with people from different countries in the Insurance
industry. We were able to share ideas, show our talents, had fun, learn and get
down work thru the collaborative activities during my seminar. The FALIA team
has been very gracious, polite and are truly all smiles.

Recommendation to improve
Some of the presenters may need to speak a little bit clearer.
But all is good.

Congratulations to FALIA for conducting its first ever online seminar.
It was not an easy thing to do but everyone has done a good job.
Please continue this activity for many years to come.
Unfortunately, our batch was not able to visit Japan due to the pandemic.
I hope soon we get to have that chance so we can meet up with the new friends
we made for the past 3 days.
